The Maintenance Department plays a vital role in creating and maintaining safe, clean, and functional envrionment for students, staff, and the broader school community. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all school district buildings, groumds, and facilities are not only well-maintained but also continuously improved to support high-quality education and student well-being.
Our responsibilities go far beyond baisc repairs and upkeep. In our district, we take pride in handling a wide range of services in-house, allowing for cost-effective solutions, faster response times, and high-quality craftsmanship. These services include:

HVAC Fabrication, Repair, and Replacement: Our skilled technicians design, fabricate, and install custom HVAC systems tailored to the specific needs of each building. This in-house capability ensures reliable climate control and energy efficiency throughout the district while minimizing downtime during repairs or system upgrades.

Custom Cabinetry and Facility Upgrades: We are gradually upgrading cabinetry and interior finishes across the district using state-of-the-art design and craftsmanship. Our team builds and installs high-quality, modern cabinetry to enhance both the functionality and appearance of classrooms, offices and common areas.

Welding and Metal Fabrication: Our in-house welding capabilities allow us to fabricate and repair essential fixtures, furniture, and structural elements. This work supports both ongoing maintenance needs and new projects that enhance the learning environment.

General Maintenance and Repairs: From plumbing and electrical work to carpentry, painting, and masonry, our team handles a wide spectrum of maintenance tasks with professionalism and attention detail.

This includes ongoing inspections, emergecy repairs, and preventative maintenance to reduce hazards and support a healthy learning environment.

Planning and Design
School districts develop long-range facility master plans to guide their construction and modernization efforts, ensuring that facilities support educational goals and student needs. They also work with architects and other professionals to design new schools and additions, as well as modernize existing facilities.
Construction and Modernization
This involves the actual building of new schools, as well as upgrading and renovating existing ones to improve functionality, safety, and energy efficiency.
