  • NOTICE is hereby given that the Thermalito Union Elementary School District has established a Citizens’ Oversight Committee to oversee expenditures of Measure Z bond funds, which was the bond measure approved by District voters on November 6, 2018.  The District is presently accepting applications from interested citizens to serve on the Committee.  The Committee will consist of seven members who meet, review and report on expenditures of bond funds to ensure money is used only for voter-approved purposes. Interested persons may obtain an application from the District Office, located at 400 Grand Avenue, Oroville, California, or can download the application here.  Applications are due by January 25, 2019 at the office of the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Operations.
