    TLC Preschool is a California State Preschool Program located at 2060 6th Street.  We offer quality services to income-qualifying families with  Full-Day Classes and two Part-Day Classes.  TUESD hires highly qualified staff that provides a welcoming and nurturing environment for all children.  TLC families and staff partner to provide a quality social and academic foundation for a successful education through intentional play and hands-on learning.  We collaborate with West Ed and Butte Steps to Quality to continually improve the services we offer children and families.
