Online Application and Document Submission
Our application process is fully online for your convenience. To apply for our program, simply complete the online application form and upload the required documents.
Required Documents
To complete your enrollment for the California State Preschool Program (CSPP), or Early Head Start Program (EHS) we require the following documents to be uploaded and submitted:
- Proof of income (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns)
- Proof of child’s age (e.g., birth certificate)
- Proof of residency
- Any additional documents specific to your family’s situation (such as public assistance, foster care, etc.)
- Work verification if you are enrolling into a full day program.
- Parent Agreement forms and Photo Consents

- Upload all required documents directly to the application portal.
- Submit your application for review.
